Terms of Service

Text Reminder is an AI-powered text messaging service that sends reminders, follow-ups, and streak celebrations to users who have signed up. Users can create and manage reminders by texting +1 (808) 300-4722 or through the web dashboard.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By signing up, you represent that you meet these requirements.

To use the Service, you must provide a valid mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping your number accurate and up to date. You may not use a phone number you do not own or have permission to use.

By providing your number and replying START, you consent to receive text messages from us. Message and data rates may apply.

The Service is billed at $10 per month unless otherwise stated. Your order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. You authorize a recurring charge to your payment method until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Kala Digital Labs, LLC owns and retains all right, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, content, documentation, design, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under your plan. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or circumvent technical limits of the Service. You retain ownership of the reminder content you create, and grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Harass, abuse, or spam others.
• Send illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
• Attempt to access another user's account without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that reminders will always be delivered on time or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kala Digital Labs, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
