We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no complicated conditions.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles returns and refunds. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address used at checkout, or email us at yonathan@kaladigitallabs.com and we'll help you.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, typically 3–10 business days.

You can cancel anytime from your account page. Cancellation stops future charges and your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds outside the 30-day window are considered case by case — just reach out.
