SMS Campaign Information

Text Reminder is an AI-powered text messaging service operated by Kala Digital Labs, LLC. Users opt in by texting our published number or completing the web form on text-my-ai.com. Once opted in, users can text the AI to create personal reminders (for example, medication, workouts, bills, or habits). The AI confirms the request, asks any follow-up questions, and schedules automated reminder messages. Users may also manage reminders from their web dashboard.

Message frequency varies based on the reminders each user sets — typically 1–10 messages per week. No marketing or promotional messages are sent. All messages are transactional or customer-care in nature and directly related to reminders the user has requested.

1. Via text (keyword opt-in)

Users see our published call to action — “Text START to +1 (808) 300-4722 to set up your text reminders” — on text-my-ai.com and in our marketing. The user texts us first. We reply with an automated disclosure explaining the service, message frequency, rates, HELP/STOP instructions, and links to our terms and privacy policy, and we ask them to reply START to confirm. Only after that confirmation do we send a welcome message and begin reminders.

2. Web form opt-in

Users may enter their mobile number on the sign-up form at text-my-ai.com. The form includes a phone number field, a consent checkbox that is not pre-selected, a clear description of the messages they will receive, message frequency, standard message and data rate disclaimers, HELP and STOP instructions, and links to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The submit button reads “Yes, sign me up!”. After submitting, we send a confirmation text and the user must reply START before any reminders are sent.

We do not send messages to anyone who has not explicitly confirmed opt-in, and we never share opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.
